  • All guests are requested to carry any of the Government issued id card.
  • Check-in and check-out on 24 hour basis.
  • Menu is decided by the management based on food preference opted by the guest. Any additional order (to be informed in advance) will attract addition cost to the package/tariff.
  • No charges for kids below 6 years of age. Children from the age group above 6 years of age and below 12 years of age will be charged half the price of an adult. 12 years of age & above is considered as an adult and will attract full charges.
  • Amount received towards booking is non-refundable upon cancellation. Whereas, same amount can be used for a different convenient date subjected to management discretion.
  • Booking amount of 25% of the total amount to be paid in advance towards booking confirmation. Payment can be made via online transfer/cash deposit at bank/in person. Balance of the payment to be made by cash during check-out.
  • We request our guests not to make any bargains as we offer the best rate
  • Food serving timings: Breakfast to be served between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM; Lunch to be served between 1:00 PM to 3.00 PM; Evening beverage/snacks to be served between 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM and Dinner to be served between 8:00 PM to 10.00 PM. Please let us know in advance for any changes in the food serving timings.
  • Guest will be liable to pay for any damages made.
  • Loud music is restricted as it’s our responsibility to care for the wildlife
  • Guests are in a ‘No Smoking Zone’ inside the rooms and house. Please use the open space outside the house for smoking.
  • We would like to hear in between 7.30 AM to 9.30 PM for enquiries.
